What is included in my stay?
All stays include breakfast, luxury linen and towels, toiletries, parking (1 vehicle per room), ski storage, drying facilities, laundry, luggage storage, and 24-hour lodge access.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00pm–10:00pm

Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast includes a continental buffet, chef-prepared options, pastries, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.
Is there a restaurant and bar?
Yes. Bar 401 serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks, with guest discounts available.
Is Lodge 401 family-friendly?
Yes. We offer family rooms, games, sleds, snow toys, and a family-friendly menu.
Do you have ensuite rooms?
Rooms 101 and 102 have private ensuites. All other rooms share private bathroom facilities.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, although outside food and beverages are not permitted in Bar 401 during operating hours.
Location & Access
Where is Lodge 401 located?
Lodge 401 is located in Annupuri, part of Niseko United, approximately two hours from New Chitose Airport.
How close is the ski resort?
The Annupuri gondola is less than three minutes away, with ski access approximately 50 metres from the lodge.
How do I get to Niseko?
Niseko is accessible by airport bus, private transfer, train, or rental car from New Chitose Airport and Sapporo. Getting Here

Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking is included for one vehicle per room.

Do you offer discounted lift passes?

Should I pre-book lift passes and rentals?

Visiting Niseko
When is the best time to visit?
December to February offers Niseko's famous powder snow. March typically combines excellent conditions with more sunshine and fewer crowds.
What else can I do besides skiing?

Practical Information
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering skiing, snowboarding, off-piste activities, medical expenses, cancellations, and delays.
Can I ship or store luggage?
Yes. We can receive luggage before arrival, assist with forwarding after departure, and provide complimentary luggage storage.
Do I need cash in Niseko?
Most businesses accept cards, but carrying some Japanese yen is recommended.
I don't speak Japanese. Will I be OK?
Yes. English is widely spoken throughout Niseko and most visitor services operate in English.
