Rhys, the owner, was one of the best host we’ve ever encountered in our many years of travel: he was prompt to respond to our many questions, provided wrap around services (ski passes, rentals delivered to the lodge, luggage forwarding, bus tickets to/from the airport), is an amazing cook, and is all around a great guy. He has created a perfect space to relax and enjoy the beauty that is Niseko. If there are rooms available during your time, book immediately!

Excellent service and consideration from Rhys and staff who helped us with ski hire, lift tickets, restaurant recommendations, lifts to restaurants, and the bus when leaving. Rhys also offered me a vegan version of his ramen for dinner, and made vegan tofu scramble and inari for breakfast. I'd like to give more than 5 stars
